Application: Project Touch: HIV & Chemsex Prevention for Newly Come Out MSM & PLHIV through Early Identification, Empowerment, Peer Influence & Role Mode (Executive Summary submitted by the applicant)
Applicant: The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong (BGCA)
Objectives: The aims of this project are:
  1. To early identify newly come out MSM through collaboration with and referral from families, schools and youth service, and active outreach;
  2. To increase Newly Come Out MSM condom use and testing rate through peer influence and role modelling;
  3. To empower Young MSM to be Positive Role Model and pass Safer Sex Norms to peers network;
  4. To ensure young MSM infected with HIV adhere to care and treatment;
  5. To integrate drug prevention and treatment into HIV prevention and PLHIV support program.
