Application: Identifying profiles of online sex partner seeking and their association with drug use and risky sexual behavior among men who have sex with men
Applicant: The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Objectives: The objectives of this project are:
  1. identify distinct latent classes of online sex partner seeking profile based on various partner and relationship characteristics;
  2. examine the demographic distribution of each online partner seeking profile;
  3. examine the association between drug use and condomless anal intercourse (CAI) within each online partner seeking profile;
  4. examine the association between online partner seeking profile with GSNS use, sexual sensation seeking, condom attitudes, HIV status, sexually transmitted disease (STD) infection, and perceived threat of COVID-19
