Application: Turning point: HIV prevention targeting high risk population through innovative method
Applicant: AIDS Concern Foundation Limited
Objectives: The objectives of this project are:
  1. Support 90% of key populations access HIV combination prevention services
  2. 10% (2,400) of key population (especially MSM within aged 15-39) receive HIV testing at AIDS Concern annually
  3. Enhance awareness of CFSW on their risk of HIV infection with appropriate action based on their risk level
  4. Create supportive environment for CFSW to know their risk of HIV infection and HIV status
  5. Enhance the awareness of early testing for those with high risk of HIV infection among the CFSW, especially sex with foreign sex workers/sex partners
  6. Analyze the sexual behavior of CFSW By the end of project (2022-2025),
  7. Total 9,000 contacts from Indonesian, Filipino, Thai and Vietnamese females and Africans via physical outreach (year 1: 3,000; year 2: 3,000; year 3: 3,000)
  8. Total 2,300 clients of Indonesian, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese females and African community (year 1: 750; year 2 :750; year 3: 800) will get tested in centre, outreach venues or STK
  9. 900 questionnaires collected from Indonesian, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese females and African community for EMs for behavioral surveillance and share with DH. (year 1: 300; year 2: 300; year 3: 300)
