Application: Midnight Blue Integrated Action: AIDS Prevention for Male Sex Worker in Hong Kong from behaviours to structure

Applicant: Midnight Blue
Objectives: The aims of this programme are:-
  1. to scale up advocacy and education effort in the male sex workers (MSWs) community through outreach activities in physical and virtual venues by empowering MSWs on occupational safety, better working environment, advanced social cohesion, early testing awareness, and thus developing Structural Interventions;
  2. to build the capacity and empower the MSWs community to take human rights: the cornerstone of an effective response to HIV and sex work.
  3. To reduce HIV infection and sexual risk behaviour among cross border Hong Kong MSM and client of male sex workers.;
  4. To provide HIV and Syphilis blood testing for Hong Kong MSM who are sexually active in Shenzhen;
  5. To provide HIV/AIDS, STI and safe sex education to cross border MSM;
  6. To train and support peer counselors for Hong Kong MSM who are sexually active in Shenzhen;
  7. To provide HIV and Syphilis blood testing for Hong Kong client of male sex workers who are sexually active in Shenzhen
  8. To provide HIV/AIDS, STI and safe sex education to cross border client of male sex workers
  9. To train and support peer counselors for Hong Kong client of male sex workers who are sexually active in Shenzhen.
