Application:	A holistic support, self-help and wellness enhancement programme for PLHIV (Executive Summary submitted by the applicant)
Applicant:	Heart To Heart
Objectives:	The aims of this programme are:- to encourage participation of PLHIV to use their knowledge and experience to help other PLHIV and themselves to better cope with life after infection and reintegrate in the mainstream society easily; improve access to useful information and services to help the PLHIV better manage their health; fostering an environment which allows PLHIV to meet, share, learn, grow, participate and deliver in order to sustain quality life; and, facilitate collaboration and partnership among other NGOs and GOs to enhance holistic care and support to PLHIV.
