Applicant: Midnight Blue
Objectives: The objectives of this programme are:-
  1. to increase the HIV/AIDS and safe sexual practices among male sex workers and their clients.
  2. to motivate male sex workers to receive HIV/AIDS tests regularly. 3. to increase the ability of male sex workers to practice safe sex.
