Application: To provide HIV rapid test and safe sex education for Hong Kong MSM in Shenzhen
Applicant: Midnight Blue
Objectives: The objectives of this programme are:-
  1. to explore the possibility of providing HIV test (rapid test) to Hong Kong MSM who have sexual activities in Shenzhen;
  2. to provide HIV tests to 30-50 Hong Kong MSM in Shenzhen (pilot) and to share with them the needs and thoughts of this service;
  3. to explore the possibility of conveying the message of safe sex practice through networking with MSM community by peers;
  4. to set up a website for disseminating safe sex message to Hong Kong MSM who have cross-border sexual activities with MSM in Mainland China and Hong Kong;
  5. to explore the feasibility of promoting safe sex education to MSM through internet; and
  6. to provide safe sex education to at least 300 Hong Kong MSM and invite them to each finish 1 online questionnaire (quantitative).
