Application: Pilot study on involving HIV infected MSM in secondary prevention through group intervention
Applicant: Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Department of Medicine, AIDS Clinical Service
Objectives: The objectives of this programme are:-
  1. to develop a valid and cultural specific protocol driven intervention tool for secondary prevention of MSM who are living with HIV/AIDS in Hong Kong
  2. to form an evidenced – base template of small group intervention based on Social Cognitive Theory which could be incorporated into the HIV clinic settings and adopt by other setting in HIV prevention.
  3. to empower patients living with HIV/AIDS in secondary prevention through group intervention.
