6. What if the applicant considers the grant approved insufficient?

The applicant must not accept the approved grant if it considers itself incapable of achieving the objectives and indicators. On the other hand, the applicant can seek prior written approval of the Council to re-allocation of funds among same categories (not involving additional funding).
